Orders are processed Monday-Friday in the order received, and are packaged for shipment the following day. For example, orders placed on Monday are processed for shipping on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday will be processed for shipping the following Monday.
We accept payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
Credit card payments are processed via PayPal on a secure site when you check out. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this feature.
All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars.
We ship in plain boxes from Out Of Bounds. There is no other indication as to the contents of the box.
Postage is automatically calculated on addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping charges will be added to your order for addresses outside the US and Canada. We will notify you via email of the charges before we process your order. You may also place your orders online for in-store pickup.
We will ship based upon the method you choose (if choosing overnight or 2nd day air). If you choose UPS for shipping, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If delivery time is not the highest priority, we will try to find the most economical shipping method for you. This is usually Priority Mail (USPS) with delivery confirmation.
Refunds or exchanges can be requested within 7 days for most items, excluding DVD's and CD's (unless defective), and personal items. Exceptions for personal items may be made if the items have not been opened (if sealed) and must not have been worn or laundered.
You may cancel your order anytime PRIOR to the order being shipped, either by calling us or sending an email to email@example.com. You can request a refund after the order has shipped, and you must return the items to us before the refund can be processed. Please note that shipping charges can not be refunded.
